How do I get to Paris Disneyland by RER train from the city?

Will be spending christmas holidays in Paris and staying in a hotel near the Eiffel tower. Planning to go to eurodisney by myself.Help!
I will be staying somewhere at rue saint charles,,,
I can give you the best directions only if I know your actual starting address. "Near the Eiffel Tower" is a description that would apply to half of Paris.
If you were at the Eiffel Tower the best way would be to take Bus 87 (which has stops both north and south of the Champs de Mars along Blvd. Joseop Bouvard) to the Van Gogh stop and then take the RER A (Direction : Marne-la-Vallee Chessy) from the Gare de Lyon to the end of the line. The entrance to Eurodisney is a few minutes from the RER station.
The RER goes to EuroDisney, but from Rue St Charles you will need to make two transfers. The closest stops look to be either Boulevard Victor, Javel, or Champ de Mars-Tour Eiffel (depending on what end of the street you are on). They are both on the same line, so walk to the closest stop and take RER C (Yellow line) to St. Michel – N. Dame. Transer to RER B (Blue line) and go one stop to Chatelet Les Halles and then transfer to RER A (Red line) and go to Marne-la-Vallee-Chessy.
You could take the Paris Metro as well, but that would still require two transfers.
