i really think you should go to jamaica am not jamaican but im just telling you its a really cool place to hang out and go to the beach and meet cool people..there's alot of fun things you can do things you never did before u should try it please
Luxury and on a budget? Try Puerto Plata Dominican Republic, there you will find everything you mentioned in your question! 35 hotels with " all inclusive luxury"…. just ask your travel agent he/she will know one for your budget!

Cheap but luxury hotels, Lots of places to shop but extremely low cost being one out of two Most important international ports in the US. Good places to gamble water sport is great.And the dining is off the hook. With many styles and cultures to choose from.
Try Cancun is always reasonable. You can book an all inclusive trip. I guarantee you'll have a blast. I'm not certain about gambling but I do know that they have great shopping, water sports and dining.
