Where can I find a cheap flight to Europe in the next few weeks?

My friend will be working in Europe for a few weeks and he asked if I wanted to meet him over in Europe for a few days. He is staying in London so I was thinking of meeting him somewhere. Where could I find a cheap flight from NY city area and what city in Europe should I fly to that will be reasonably priced?

    either Dublin or London. everything else will be more expensive anyway at this time of the year (high season)
